By speaking to one of our relocation specialists, you’ll be able to schedule an appointment for a consultant to visit your home and perform a survey. Our relocation consultants will survey the items in your home and will ask questions regarding which items will be shipped. Additionally, the consultant will discuss the need for any specialized moving services needed, such as customized crating, packing, and unpacking services. Once we get the information necessary, we’ll be able to provide you with an accurate estimate of transportation costs. Keep in mind that we offer free, no-obligation estimates.

On your packing date, we’ll send our trained movers to the specified location early in the morning. Depending on how extensive the packaging process is, your packing date will be the same as your loading date. Once the packing process is completed, the movers will then begin prepping your home for the loading of the items onto the moving vehicle.
The prepping process may include laying down floor runners as well as padding banisters and doors, to protect carpets, flooring, and woodwork. Afterward, we’ll wrap furniture with protective blankets to protect from dents and scratches. We’ll follow up by loading all the shipping items into the vehicle. Once we load everything, we recommend one last check to ensure nothing is overlooked.
We’ll contact you 24 hours in advance of the expected delivery date. Once the shipment arrives, you’ll be able to direct the moving team as to where to place your items.
