MOVERS & PACKERS
Get paid to stay in shape while taking care of customers! We’re always seeking more Drivers, Helpers, and Packers to pack and move our customers carefully with little to no damages. Requirements include but not limited to: Outstanding customer service skills, professional moving and packing experience. Moving is a rewarding but physically demanding job with stairs, heavy lifting, and sometimes long hours. Must be in great physical shape and have reliable transportation. Must have a neat and clean professional appearance with a positive attitude and a clean background! Drivers must have a valid Driver’s License and consent to Motor Vehicle Record check is required.
DISPATCHER
Knowledge and experience in supporting moving operations or similar logistics background. Heavy phone duties, coordination between customers and movers, ability to work with scheduling conflicts, and supporting operations. Customer Service, Teamwork, Multi-Tasking, Handles Pressure, Flexible, Excellent Phone Skills, Effective communication, Use of Web Based CRM, Documentation Skills, Data Entry Skills, Problem Solving Skills, don’t buckle under pressure, high energy, and a great personality. CUSTOMER SERVICE
Our customers are our world! Customer Service Reps are the initial point of contact for all calls and inquiries and the following: provide information on moving services and storage accounts, facilitates claims and complaints, resolve day to day issues, utilize feedback from marketing to improve our services, and provide administrative support to our staff. Requires excellent communication, computer, and time management skills. Must be able to work in a busy office environment and have flexibility to wear many hats. Must have great energy with a positive and professional demeanor, a passion for service and creating a lasting bond with our customers.
SALES REPS AND CONSULTANTS
Our sales team are our key driving force in the field and we’re looking for dynamic inside and outside salespeople to join our team. Must enjoy prospecting customers, establishing new business relationships, and have a strong commitment to delivering results. If you are motivated, with self-discipline, energetic, highly organized, can engage customers face to face while adhering to company guidelines and exceeding sales goals, then we need you. Reliable personal transportation, valid car insurance and clean driving record is a must if working out in the field. Our growth plan is aggressive, commissions are uncapped, and your earning potential is unlimited!
